Video Broadcasts
Each year, Center for Dyslexia personnel prepare staff development programs for teachers as well as informational programs for the public. These live presentations are video taped for rebroadcast on Public Access Channel 9 in Middle Tennessee. Please visit the
MTSU Satellite Video Conferencing CenterRecently Recorded Broadcasts:
- Supporting Poor Decoders, Grades 5-12 - Diane J. Sawyer and M. Tara Joyce, TN Center for the Study and Treatment of Dyslexia. Teachers, grades 5-12, will learn how to identify specific gaps that impede students' progress in decoding and spelling. Research-based approaches to instruction will be described and demonstrated. Classroom teachers, English teachers, and Resource teachers serving students in grades 5-12.
